Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unopened, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is due to customer error (such as purchasing the wrong item or ordering by mistake), we do not provide a prepaid return shipping label. In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
